What we do for you

We are based in Salem, Oregon and operate estate sales in Salem, Corvallis, Eugene, Portland and surrounding towns.

We specialize in organizing and conducting sales of personal property for situations like downsizing, divorce, death, or relocation.

We manage everything from inventorying and appraising items, to staging the items, and pricing each object. We also handle marketing the sale to attract buyers, and oversee the event to ensure that all transactions are smooth and efficient.

We supply everything needed to organize and conduct the sale: tables, electronic payment equipment, labels, signage, plastic carpet protection; and anything else needed for ease of buying, and security.

At the end of the sale clients have the option to retain unsold items or we will facilitate donation and disposal and leave the house broom-swept clean.

Pricing

Estate sales typically involve a value of items projected above $6000 in gross sales but we may be able to assist with smaller estates as well so please reach out to see if we may be of assistance.

• Our rate is 30-45% of gross sales.

• Disposal of items are charged at dump fee rate with zero add-ons. You won’t be charged for hauling.

• Homes requiring substantial cleaning will be provided a quote beforehand.
